Can I have terms?
Yes, terms are provided to qualified customers.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Yes, you can ship to anywhere in the continental US. And we have an upload function for customers with many locations or customers.
Is Nahanco Pro for new or existing customers?
It’s for both. As long as you qualify to participate in our program you are welcome!

What do I need to do once I am a customer?
We’ll do all of the work for you! You can expect a monthly spending report as well as other insights regarding your business with Nahanco. Rewards will naturally be provided to you once you are part of our program.
What if I am tax exempt?
No worries! Provide the proper tax-exempt forms and we’ll set you up to be tax exempt for future orders.
What if I want to use my own shipping account?
That’s fine! As part of the onboarding process, we’ll determine how you want to ship and get you set up correctly.
What if I don’t have my own shipping account?
We’ve got you covered! National Hanger’s discount freight program means we share our savings with you. We are happy to ship your goods to you and add that low shipping cost to your invoice.

How do I know when I am approved?
A Nahanco professional will reach out to you in 24-48 hours with a series of simple questions. It’s simple, easy and free. We’ll provide a final email to you with all of the details.
What if I don’t quality for Nahanco Pro?
Not a problem! We’ll let you know you aren’t the right fit! BUT we have a variety of programs and we may have an alternative program to fit your needs.
